医疗智能激光无影照明系统的总体设计

         

摘要

In order to achieye the best illuminating effect and implement the intelligent adjustability of the colour temperature and illuminance according to the visual characteristics of human eyes,the LED array is adopted to capture, by camera,the image and video signals which are stored in industrial computer to be analyzed and dealed with. The analog output module will output the data and convert them into analog signals which are delivered to the controllable LED constant current source to make the colour temperature and illuminance more stable and precisely adjustable to achieve the best visual and illuminating effect. The design of this system adopts the intelligent closed-ring control with the video sensing technique and implements the intelligent control according to the visual characteristics of human eyes. Intelligent compensation of illuminating detection can solve the problem of uniform luminance and illuminance without shadow. Practice proves that the performance criterions of the system can meet the customers' need, its effect is good, and its performance is stable and reliable%为了结合人眼的视觉特性达到最佳的无影照明效果,实现色温、照度的智能可调.系统的光学设计采用了激光点阵照明技术,通过摄像机捕捉图像视频信号,并贮存在工控机内进行分析处理,模拟输出卡将输出光学模拟处理后的数据,转换成模拟信号传给可控LED恒流源,通过LED恒流源的输出使工作区域色温、照度更稳定,实现色温、照度、照明区域的大范围、高精度准确可调,达到最佳视觉、照明效果.系统采用摄像传感技术实现系统的闭环控制;结合临床医生人眼的视觉特性实现智能控制技术;通过照明检测系统的智能补偿解决均匀亮度、无影照明问题.实验测试表明,各项性能指标均符合要求,使用效果良好且性能稳定可靠.
