研制了一种用于复合材料低速冲击损伤预制的便携式落重冲击试验系统.该系统用力传感器测量冲击力,光纤传感器信号测量冲击速度;系统具有防二次冲击功能,其冲击装置由光纤传感器信号控制;测控软件基于LabVIEW仿真平台.试验应用表明,该系统功能符合复合材料结构的冲击测试要求,能够完成台式试验机难以完成的大型结构的冲击测试.另外,对测试数据的分析表明:利用落重的加速度和落重质量获得的冲击力时间历程与力传感器测得的冲击力时间历程吻合;使用光纤传感器获得的落重的反弹速度与由落重的加速度积分所得的反弹速度吻合.%This paper presents a test system for the low velocity impact damage testing on composite. The impact equipment is portable and able to prevent the secondary impact due to rebound of the drop-weight. A force sensor is used to measure the impact force; an optical sensor is employed to measure impact velocity, and generate the controlling signal to catch the drop-weight after its rebound. A control and measurement system based on LabVIEW is introduced. In addition, it also discusses the feasibility of using accelerometer to measure the contact force and force sensor to estimate the velocity-time history. The test data indicate that this test system is applicable to low velocity impact damage testing on composites.
