In the construction of the teaching demonstration center of psychology, in order to train students into interdisciplinary talents, a series of reform have been conducted and an experimental teaching system of "dual-way and tri-level" standard has been established,which focuses on the cultivation of students research and application abilities.%在示范中心的建设中,紧紧围绕“顶天立地”人才培养目标的要求,在实验教学、实验队伍、体制与管理、设备与环境等方面进行了一系列的实验教学改革,构建了“两系列三水平”实验教学体系,以能力培养为核心,培养创新型研究与应用人才,取得了较好的建设成效.
