随着常规能源的日益缺乏、开发成本的增加以及污染的加剧,越来越多的国家认识到开发清洁能源的重要.近年来,新能源尤其是风力发电得到了突飞猛进的发展,相关专业的人才需求日益增加.针对风力发电相关专业人才培养的需要,研制出了基于小型风力发电机模拟风场试验平台,并对该试验台的设计思路、研究方法、技术路线进行阐述.%With the rising shortage of conventional energy and increase of development cost and pollution, more and more countries have realized the importance of clean energy development. In recent years, great progress has been made in new energy, especially wind power development. As a result, there is a great increase in the demand for professional talents. In view of the demand for wind power related professional personnel, a test platform for wind field simulation was developed based on small wind turbines. This paper mainly expatiated on the design ideas, the methods, and the technology of the platform.
