校际“共享型”实验室建设与管理研究

         

摘要

校际实验室共享有利于教育资源的整合和学科建设的发展,是未来发展的必然趋势,但目前还处于探索和发展阶段,需要良好的运作模式、运行机制和保障机制来协调主体之间的利益关系,提高各参与主体的积极性,推动校际实验室资源共享工作的开展.运作模式上可以采取共享实验场地、设备与指导老师;单方共享实验课程及学分;联盟内多方共享实验课程;虚拟网络共享联盟等模式.经过协同化、日常管理、教学管理、对外开放和经济运作等,采取统筹规划、制度建设、管理机构建设、人才共享和激励机制等探索,进一步推动“共享型”实验室建设.%"Sharing" laboratories can breakthrough the border between universities, and is conducive to the integration of educational resources and the development of disciplines. Although it is an inevitable trend of future development, it is still in its exploration and development stage. Proper operation mode, operation mechanism and safeguard mechanism can coordinate the benefit of different subjects, raise their enthusiasm, and promote the work of "sharing" laboratories. The operation modes include the sharing of laboratory space, equipment and instructor; the sharing of experimental courses and credits in one side, the sharing of the experimental course in alliance; and the alliances of virtual network sharing. The operation mechanisms include collaboration, daily management, teaching management, opening and the economical operation and so on. The safeguard mechanisms include overall planning, system building, management institution building, human resources sharing and incentive mechanism.
