决明子抗氧化成分提取工艺的优化及性能测定

         

摘要

采用正交试验对决明子中蒽醌类化合物的提取工艺条件进行优选,并通过测定提取物对·OH和O2-·的清除率和还原力研究其抗氧化活性.最佳的提取条件为:温度75℃,固液比1∶12,提取时间2h.决明子提取物对·OH和O2-·具有一定的清除能力,且随浓度的增大而抗氧化性增强;随着决明子提取物浓度的增大,其还原力显著增强.该研究为决明子提取物在食品和医药行业的应用提供了科学依据.%To optimize the extracting conditions of antioxidant components from cassia seed and determine its antioxidant activity, the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The scavenging rate of cassia seed extracts to superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical and reducing power were determined. The optimal extracting temperature is 75 ℃ , solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 12, and the extraction time is 2 h. The scavenging rate of cassia seed extracts to superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical assumed increased with the increase of extracts concentration. This study provided scientific basis for the application of cassia seed extracts in the line of food and medicine.
