实验教学过程规范化管理的研究与实践

         

摘要

将实验教学改革的成果通过规范化和优化实验教学过程真正落实到实处,使实验教学的质量得到提高.制定和实施实验教学过程规范化管理方案,组织教师学习方案内容和实施细节,召开培训会和观摩示范教学,并将教学要求纳入学校对教师教学质量的评价体系中.实施方案以来,学生对实验教学质量的评价优良率始终保持在98%.基础医学实验教学中心开设的5门实验课程中,有1门被评为北京市精品课程,3门被评为首都医科大学精品课程.通过制定和实施教学过程规范化管理方案,优化了实验教学过程的各个环节,这进一步深化了基础医学实验教学的改革,使实验教学目标的实现具有了更切实的保证,使实验教学的质量得到了提高.%The reform achievements of experimental teaching are really implemented and the quality of experimental teaching is improved by standardizing and optimizing the experimental teaching process. The standardized management plan for the experimental teaching process was enacted and executed. Teachers were organized to study the plan and discuss the details of implementation. The training meeting was convoked and the teaching demonstration was emulated. The teaching requisition was internalized into the evaluation system for the teaching quality of teachers. Practice shows that every element in the experimental teaching process was optimized by enacting and executing the standardized management plan for experimental teaching process of basic medical sciences. The reform of experimental teaching was further deepened and the quality of experimental teaching was improved.
