Hall effect experiment can not only determine the distribution of magnetic field in the electromagnetism spacing but also measure the Hall coefficient and Hall sensibility of Hall devices. The experimental data can be simplely and accurately processed by using Matlab software. These results demonstrate that the Hall element is placed in the strongest magnetic field region by using Matlab programming. The Hall coefficient and Hall sensitivity are obtained by fitting Hall-voltage current curves, this reduced the error of the manual drawing.%霍尔效应实验既可以测量电磁铁空隙中的磁场分布,又可以测霍尔元件的霍尔系数和霍尔灵敏度.利用Matlab软件可以简单、准确地依据实验数据作图.结果表明:编程处理实验数据得到磁场最强区域,把霍尔元件置于磁场最强区域,利用Matlab编程拟合霍尔电压随工作电流的变化曲线,求出霍尔系数和霍尔灵敏度,减少了手工绘图计算的误差.
