It plays an important role to optimize the curriculum system, to condense the contents, to reform the experimental teaching as well as improve examination manner for cultivating creative talents.Some reforming measures, which include condensing the teaching contents, adjusting the structure of inorganic and analytic chemistry curriculum, and translating the research fruits into the experimental contents etc., were carried out.The results show that the learning interests and innovating enthusiasm of students are greatly stimulated.The courage of scientific exploring for unknown world is aroused too.%从无机及分析化学课程的教学内容整合和结构优化出发,探讨了优化课程体系、凝练教学内容、改革实验教学与考试模式等对培养创新人才的作用.通过一系列的实验教学改革措施,调动了学生的主观能动性,激活了学生的学习热情,激发了创新欲望,促进了创新思考.
