Ti(C,N)基超细金属陶瓷的制备及表征综合实验设计

         

摘要

A comprehensive experiment on the preparation and characterization of Ti( C, N)-based ultra-fine cermets was designed. The experiment focuses on the Ti ( C, N) -Mo2C-WC-Ni/Co system. Chemical composition, milling parameters,green body density, sintering parameters were changed, and the effect on the microstructure, porosity, density, hardness and strength of ultra-fine cermets were investigated. The results show that WC and Mo2C addition will result in the formation of rim phases and microstructure differs with the addition level; milling parameters including ball to powder weight ratio,milling time and milling speed influence the milling efficiency in the same way but excessive increase of these parameters will cause the formation of impurity and equipment wear; higher green body density helps to the decrease of porosity;the densification and grain growth are largely affected by sintering temperature and sintering time.%设计了Ti(C,N)基超细金属陶瓷制备及表征综合实验.以Ti(C,N)-Mo2C-WC-Ni/Co系为研究对象,改变化学成分、湿磨工艺、生坯密度、烧结工艺,并研究上述因素对超细金属陶瓷微观组织和孔隙度、密度、硬度和强度等性能的影响.研究结果表明:WC和Mo2C的添加都会导致环形相的形成,微观形貌随添加量变化;球料比、研磨时间和球磨机转速对研磨效率的影响是一致的,但这些参数的过度增大会引起杂质的产生和设备的磨损;高的生坯密度有利于减小烧结后的孔隙度;烧结温度和时间对金属陶瓷的致密化和晶粒长大都有重要的影响.
