为了进一步揭示土壤甲烷产生潜力测定的风干土厌氧培养法与鲜土厌氧培养法在湿地甲烷产生测定过程中的差异,在分析了风干土和鲜土甲烷产生潜力测定方法各自优点的基础上,重点以闽江河口湿地为研究区域,通过实验研究对风干土和鲜土厌氧培养法测定的甲烷产生潜力峰值出现时间、潜力大小和培养样品重复间的变异系数进行了比较分析,以期为应用两种方法测定湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力提供实验和理论依据.%To clarify the differences of aridity and fresh soil anaerobic methane production potential incubation measurement methods.this paper analyzed the advantage of aridity soil and fresh soil anaerobic incubation methods.and then discussed the peak appearing time of methane production potential,order and variabiliyy coefficient by the aridity and fresh soil incubation experiment reseach in the Min River estuary wetland. The resulta are used to provide the experimental and theoretical base for the application of the incubation methods on methane production potential.
