This article introduced the establishing of practice teaching system on the major of electronic information science and technology in the institutions of higher learning, through the various reformations and innovations such as establishing and management of lab, the development of the second class, controlling of graduation project and establishing of external practice base,building a set of advanced opening practice teaching system.
