微波综合实验仪的设计

         

摘要

设计了一种微波综合性学生实验仪器,能进行电子自旋共振、微波特性研究和光速的精确测量.设备由微波振荡源、晶体检波器、微波频率计、驻波测量线、示渡器、全反射铜板、多孔径铜质反射器等元器件组成,介绍了微波电子综合实验仪的工作原理及制作方法.该设计节约了资源,提高了仪器的利用效率,在近代物理实验应用中有着良好的发展前景.%A student' s experiment instrument of microwave comprehensiveness was designed to conduct three experiments, including electronic spin resonance, microwave characteristics research and the precise measurement of the speed of light. The instrument consists of a microwave oscillation source, crystal detectors, a microwave frequency meter, standing wave measure lines, an oscilloscope, a much aperture copper reflector and so on. The production methods and working principle of the microwave electron comprehensive experimental apparatus were introduced. This design not only saves the resources, but also improves the efficiency of the instrument, which has a good prospect in the application of modern physics experiment.
