实施精英教育,培养精英人才已成为新时期高等教育的发展方向.在精英人才培养模式下建设综合性、开放性和创新性的教学实验中心是高等工程教育的一项新课题.本文结合大连理工大学能源与动力学院教学实验中心的具体实践,从转变教育思想与教育理念,实验教学与学科发展及科学研究紧密联合,构建与素质教育、创新教育相匹配的实验教学体系,积极推进校企合作,加强和完善实验中心体制建设等几个方面对实验教学中心的建设进行了探索和总结.%Implementation of elite education, cultivating elite talent has become the development direction of higher education in the new era. It is a new subject for higher engineering education to build a comprehensive, open and innovative experimental teaching center under elite talents training mode. Some explorations for the construction of experimental teaching center are discussed in this paper, in view of the practices of construction of the experimental teaching center in the School of Energy and Power Engineering in Dalian University of Technology, which include the transformation of educational thought and educational concept, the combination of experimental teaching with subject development and scientific research,the construction of an experimental teaching system that matches quality education with creative education, the promotion of cooperation between college and enterprise, and the strengthening and perfecting of the structural construction of the experimental teaching center,etc.
