基于层次分析法的大型仪器设备管理综合评价体系

         

摘要

根据高校大型仪器设备管理特点,采用层次分析方法,从资源整合、资源共享观点出发,融合管理平台等技术理念,建立了一个高校大型仪器设备管理综合评价模型.该模型通过专家评议,选取了硬件管理与管理软件两方面的评价指标,评价体系由三层级与6指标构成,评价指标涵盖仪器设备的资源分布、资源共享、资源协调、知识管理等方面的内容.该指标体系突出重点、关注核心、方便操作,采用此评价模型,可以科学地分析高校大型仪器设备管理的状况和存在的主要问题,有利于实现高校大型仪器设备使用与管理的系统化和科学化.%Large-scale apparatus and equipments are essential for the development of teaching and scientific research. Scientific evaluation of large-scale apparatus and equipments management of universities is the premise for the planning, organization, coordination, and controll of the apparatus and equipments to bring the most benefits for research. According to their management features,a comprehensive evaluation model was established for large-scale apparatus and equipments in universities by analytical hierarchy process ( AHP) , which integrated management platform with viewpoints of the integration of resources and sharing of scientific resources. The model included the evaluation index of hardware management and software management according to experts' opinions. The evaluation system consisted of three levels and the six indicators that covered equipments distribution, resource sharing, resource? Coordination and knowledge management. This evaluation model can be used to scientifically analyze the condition and main problems of large-scale apparatus and equipments management in universities. It facilitates the systematic and scientific utilization and management of large-scale apparatus and equipments.
