以制造业企业高技能人才需求为背景,分析了高技能人才的内涵,并以台州职业技术学院数控技术专业的高技能人才培养为例,以校企合作、工学结合为切入点,创新人才培养模式、优化人才培养方案、改革教学课程体系等方面进行探索与实践.特别就高职校企合作建设高水平的校内生产性实训基地,构建真实的企业环境,并在其基础上对高技能人才培养模式的构建、实践、建设成效等进行讨论,为同类学校高技能人才的培养提供参考.%Technological innovation is the driving force of the development of manufacturing enterprises in our country. Industry promotion and development require a lot of high-skilled talents. This paper analyzed the connotation of high-skilled talents. Taking the training of NC high-skilled innovative talents in Taizhou Vocational College as an example,and school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning as starting point, it. Explores and practices on creative talents training mode,optimizing talents training program,curriculum teaching reform,and so on. According to the construction of high level productive practice training base with real enterprise environment, it discusses the construction, practice, and effectiveness of training mode for high-skilled talents,and so on,providing reference for similar colleges in training high-skilled talents.
