Value pursuit of promoting of education equality as a relative concept conform to time. With development of e⁃conomy society and education value pursuit of promoting of education equality has been changed since 1993. Based on the"China Education Statistical Yearbook" data analysis related to the year the paper analyzes education equality condition and change of the value in the past twenty years in China from two aspects educational opportunities and the quality of education.%作为一个相对性概念,教育公平的价值诉求具有时代性。自1993年以来,随着经济社会和教育的发展,在促进教育公平的价值追求上已经发生了一些变化。通过《中国教育统计年鉴》相关年份的数据,从受教育机会和受教育质量两方面分析近二十年不同因素对我国教育公平状况的影响。
