Objective Acquire the usage of Poria cocos in clinic of Chinese medicine;discuss the clinical application of Poria cocos.Methods Randomly select 2 970 TCM Prescriptions of a hospital in Lu'an from June of 2015 to June of 2016 have 1 160 TCM Prescriptions with Poria cocos.Analysis by diagnosis,patient genders,patient ages,the situation ofporia belong,the situation ofporia in prescription and the content of Poria cocos of a single dose of prescription.Conclusion Poria cocos is widely used in clinic of Chinese medicine,especially in treatment of hepatobiliary system.There are lots of prescriptions used for middle aged women patients.The all the results confirm Poria cocos have pharmacological functions of dispersing liver,relieving depression and diuretics.%目的 获取含茯苓中药处方临床使用情况,探讨茯苓在中医临床的应用.方法 随机抽取我院2015年6月至2016年6月中药处方共2 970张,其中含茯苓中药处方1 160张,通过对含茯苓中药处方以患者基本情况、处方中茯苓剂量、归经、茯苓在处方中的地位、临床诊断为指标进行分类分析.结论 茯苓在临床有广泛使用,其主要用于肝胆消化系统疾病,中年女性患者较多.进一步证实茯苓利尿渗湿、疏肝解郁的药理作用.
