目的 建立强肝益肾颗粒中黄芪甲苷的HPLC测定方法.方法 采用C18柱,温度40℃,甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相；流速1mL/min；蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管:108℃；气体流速:2.0L/min；外标两点法定量.结果 黄芪甲苷含量测定线性范围为0.12 ～ 4.53μg (r=0.998 0),平均回收率99.88％,RSD为0.44％(n=5).结论 高效液相色谱法专属性、灵敏度、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside in Qianggan Yishen Granule.Methods HPLC was performed on C18 column with methanol-water(75∶25) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detector was ELSD.Two points external standard method was used.Results Astragaloside showed a good linearity within the range of 0.12～4.53μg(r=0.998 0).The average recovery was 99.88％(RSD=0.44％).Conclusion The method was specific,accurate and reproducible.It could be used for the quality control of Qianggan Yishen Granule.
