目的建立中药参橘止咳滴丸HPLC指纹图谱,全面评价其质量.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；流动相为甲醇-0.2％醋酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,柱温25℃,流速0.6～1.0 mL·min-1.结果 找到16个共有峰；鉴别了肉桂酸、橙皮苷、哈巴俄苷.结论 该方法准确可靠,为全面控制制剂质量提供了依据.%Objective To establish the fingerprint analysis method of Shenjuzhike pills and assess its quality completely. Methods Aanalysis was performed on an Hypersil C18 column with a methanol-0.2% acetic acid gradient,detection wavelength was 280 run , the flow rate was 0.6~1.0 mL-min-1, and the colunm temperature was at 25℃. Results 16 peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in Shenjuzhike pills, cinnamic acid , hesperidin,and harpagoside were identified. Conclusion The method was reliable and accurate for controling its quality completely.
