Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Qingre Liangxue Gao by HPLC. Methods The Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column was used and methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (48:52) was used as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. Results The linear range of baicalin was between 0.214μg and 1.284μg , r = 0.999 8 (n = 5). Average recovery was 98.04% with RSD of 0.97% (n = 3). Conclusion This method was proved to be simple ,reliable and could be used for the effective quality control of Qingre Liangxue Gao.%目的 建立HPLC法测定清热凉血膏中黄芩苷的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动性:以甲醇-0.3％磷酸溶液为流动相(48∶52),紫外检测波长为280nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1.结果 黄芩苷进样量在0.2～1.2 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8(n=5),平均回收率为98.04％,RSD为0.97％(n=3).结论 此法简便、快捷、重现性好,可作为清热凉血膏含量控制标准.
