目的 为药材荷叶的科学采收、加工等提供依据.方法 HPLC及醇溶性浸出物测定法对荷叶不同品种,不同采收期、不同生长期荷叶碱及浸出物的含量进行比较.结果 不同生长期、不同采收期荷叶的荷叶碱及浸出物含量存在一定差异.结论 综合考虑各种因素,荷叶药材的最佳采收期在8月下旬,7～8月间疏叶的较嫩叶片也可供作药材.%Objective To provide basis for the scientific harvest and process of Nelumbini Folium. Methods The content of nuciferine and extract from Nelumbini Folium of different varieties and harvest, and different growth stages was determinated by HPLC method and hot dipping method under alcohol - soluble extractives determination. Results The content of nuciferine and extract exists differences at different growth and harvest time. Conclusion Considering comprehensivly various factors, the late August is the best harvest time. Young leaves picked in July-August also can be dried to make medicine.
