目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定北重楼中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,以能充分开发利用该药材资源.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,以Zorbax-Extend-C18柱为固定相,乙腈-水(86:14)溶液为流动相,检测波长203 nm.结果 薯蓣皂苷元在0.164 8～1.812 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),加样回收率为102.8%(RSD=3.33%).结论 该法操作简便、准确、可靠,可为北重楼的质量控制提供依据.%Objective To determine the contents of diosgenin in Paris vertilla by RP-HPLC, in order to exploit and use this medical resource. Methods Zorbax-Extend-C18 column was used in RP-HPLC with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(86:14),detector wavelength was 203nm. Results The linear range was 0.164 8～1.812μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery and RSD were 102.8% and 3.33%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of diosgenin in Paris verticilla.
