Objective To explore the intervention mode and effect of rational application of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection, and provide reference for adjuvant drug control. Methods The rational use of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate is intervened by establishing the "evaluation criteria for the rationality of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection", the adjuvant drug management working group, and the catalogue of adjuvant drugs, strengthen the training and assessment of doctors, and clinical pharmacists intervention. The rationality and use of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate before and after intervention is analyzed. Results After intervention, the use rate of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate decreased from 2.2 ％ before intervention to 1.8 ％, the per capita use cost decreased by 286.6 yuan, and DDDs decreased by 393.7. Compared with the pre-intervention, the reasonable rate of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate increased by 26.9 ％ after intervention. Conclusion Intervention of rational application of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection through various intervention methods can promote the rational use of the drug. It is suggested to further improve the intervention mode and promote clinical rational drug use.%目的 探讨异甘草酸镁注射液合理应用的干预模式及效果, 为辅助用药管控提供参考.方法通过制定《异甘草酸镁注射液合理性评价标准》, 成立辅助用药管理工作组, 建立辅助用药分类目录, 加强医师培训考核, 临床药师干预等方式, 对异甘草酸镁的合理使用进行干预, 统计分析干预前、干预后异甘草酸镁的合理性和使用情况变化.结果 干预后, 全院异甘草酸镁使用率从干预前的2.2％下降到1.8％, 人均使用费用减少286.6元, DDDs下降393.7.与干预前比较, 干预后异甘草酸镁合理率提升了26.9％.结论 通过多种干预方式对异甘草酸镁注射液合理应用进行干预能够较好的促进该药的合理使用, 建议进一步完善该干预模式, 促进临床合理用药.
