一个国家或地区的经济发展包含经济增长数量和质量两方面内容。研究发现，山东省金融发展现状不仅不利于科技创新及经济增长数量的提高，也抑制了经济增长质量的提高。山东省金融发展三个分解变量与地区经济增长之间的关系不尽相同，金融规模、金融结构与地区经济增长数量呈负相关关系，金融效率与地区经济增长数量之间存在着正相关关系；金融结构、金融效率与经济增长质量之间呈正相关关系，但金融规模抑制了经济增长质量的提升。这意味着制约山东省经济发展的因素主要集中于金融规模和结构，二者的改善会直接促进地区经济发展，这是下一步金融改革的重点。%The economic development of a country or region contains two aspects:the quantity and quality of economic growth.Study finds that the present situation of the financial development of Shandong province is neither conducive to the improvement of scientific and technological innovation and economic growth,nor to improve the quality of economic growth.The relationship between the three variables of financial development and regional economic growth in Shandong province is not the same.The financial scale and financial structure have negative correlation with the number of regional economic growth,while the financial efficiency has positive correlation with the number of regional economic growth.This means that the factors that restrict the economic development of Shandong province are mainly concentrated in the financial scale and structure,therefore,the improvement of the two will directly promote the regional eco-nomic development which will be the focus of the financial reform in future.
