快速程序升温-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品中痕量镉

         

摘要

A method was established to determine trace cadmium in geological samples by rapid temperature rnprogramming-graphite fumace atomic absorption spectrometry. In order to enhance the analytical efficiency, temperature rnprogram of graphite fumace atomization was improved by omitting the ashing step, which resulted in shortening the rnanalysis period from 90-100 s to 24 s. The detection limit of the method was 0.011 μg/g for Cd and the recovery was rn93.5%-106.0%. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cd in 1:200000 geochemical exploration rnsamples and multi-purpose regional geochemical survey samples with satisfactory results.%建立了快速程序升温-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定地质样品中痕量镉的分析方法.样品用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸进行前处理,为提高分析效率,改进了石墨炉升温程序,省去了常规方法中的灰化步骤,使测定镉的程序升温时间由常规的90~100 s降至24 s,工作效率显著提高.方法检出限为0.011 μg/g,加标回收率为93.5%~106.0%.方法测定结果准确可靠,与传统分析方法结果一致,应用于1:200000化探样品和多目标土壤地质调查项目样品的测定,取得了满意的结果.
