In this paper, the author introduced problems of restricting of coal enterprises economic growth. Reducing purchase cost was related to coal mine enterprises. From aspects of purchase system, flow, price regular and central bidding and pur- chasing, the author put forward specific methods of reducing purchase cost.%介绍了制约煤炭企业经济效益增长的问题。联系煤炭企业自身实际，从采购制度、流程、价格规律以及集中招标采购等方面，针对性地提出了降低采购成本的具体方法。
