Based on the analysis of the 336 career planning books of students from Hanlin College of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, this paper analyzes the problems existing in their writ-ing of career planning books from such six aspects as"self-un-derstanding","environment analysis","career goal decomposition and combination","career planning design","specific scheme for career planning"and"evaluation and adjustment", and summa-rizes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding education countermeasures from such four aspects as"self-edu-cation","school education and teachers' help","family environ-ment"and"social environment".%本文通过分析南京中医药大学翰林学院学生336份职业生涯规划书,从"认识自我"、"环境分析"、"职业目标分解与组合"、"职业生涯方案的设计"、"职业生涯的具体实施方案"、"评估调整"等六个层面分析了南中医翰林学院学生职业生涯规划书撰写存在的问题,从"自我教育"、"学校教育和老师帮助"、"家庭环境"、"社会环境"四个方面归纳问题出现的原因并提出相应的教育对策.
