In this background, once university students' accidents take place and are improperly handled, the negative influence may be rapidly spread and upgraded, greatly affecting the harmony and stability of the university. Therefore, we must establish the idea of accountability and information disclosure, and seek new response paths, build a micro system for accident response, and coordinate response to the crisis from both online and offline levels.
