We analyzed and compared the application of different kinds of time management models in the teaching management of medical colleges and universities; combining with its working contents and characteristics, proposed that we should put the im-portant non-urgent task at first place and strengthen the mecha-nism construction as our working orientation.%本文分析比较各代时间管理模型在医学院校教学管理岗位工作中的应用，结合其工作内容及特点，提出“以‘Ⅱ类（重要不紧急）任务’为核心，以加强机制建设为重点”的工作方向。
