论健康教育教学过程中大学生良好生活习惯的培养

         

摘要

大学生正处在大量获取知识和技能的阶段,也是自身的观念和行为逐渐形成并趋于稳固发展的阶段,处于这一阶段的学生普遍都具有很强的可塑性。要想实现对学生良好生活习惯的有效培养,就要注意抓住这一关键阶段,组织开展科学有效的健康教育教学活动,通过具有针对性的健康教育教学活动来促进大学生生活习惯的养成。鉴于此,本文就针对健康教育教学过程中大学生良好生活习惯培养的相关问题进行了探讨。文章首先简要分析了在健康教育教学中培养大学生良好生活习惯的迫切性,然后又在此基础之上具体分析了在健康教育教学过程中培养大学生良好生活习惯的策略和应注意的问题,希望能够为高校健康教育教学活动的开展提供一定的参考与借鉴。%College students are at the stage of acquiring large amounts of knowledge and skills and gradually becoming stable in their personal idea and behavior, so they are generally easily influenced by external factors. To cultivate their good living habits, we should grasp the key period, organizing and launching scientific and effective teaching activities for health education, so as to promote the development of their living habits through tar-geted teaching activities for health education. In view of this, this paper explores the issues related to the cultivation of college stu-dents' good living habits in the teaching process of health educa-tion. This paper first briefly analyzes the urgency to cultivate col-lege students' good living habits in the teaching of health educa-tion, and then based on this, analyzes the strategies and matters needing attention in the cultivation, hoping to provide some ref-erences for the implementation of teaching activities for college health education.
