With the deepening of urban-ization currently, Liupanshui is faced with the challenge of an-other entrepreneurship. To carry forward and inherit the"third-tier"spirit, namely,"arduous pioneering and selfless ded-ication", is of realistic significance, as it is an important booster to the urban transformation of Liupanshui.
