Idioms are one kind of metaphorical language forms. Among all the idioms,"1+2"verb-object idioms take up a rela-tively large percentage, but there are few researches on the par-ticular type of idioms. From the perspective of cognitive linguis-tics, this paper applies force-dynamics put forward by Talmy into the analysis of metaphorical comprehension mechanism of"1+2"verb-object idioms. It investigates how to understand the metaphors under the interaction of two psychological forces.%惯用语是比喻性语言的一种，“1+2”动宾惯用语占汉语惯用语的较大比例，但专门对这一结构类型的研究还不多见。传统的方法仅仅对惯用语进行句法特征和意义关系的研究，这是远远不够的，本文从认知语言学角度入手，把Talmy的力量-动态理论引入到分析“1+2”动宾惯用语隐喻的理解机制中，看惯用语隐喻的理解是如何在心理力量相互作用下发生的。
