Objective: To learn about the psychological states of independent college nursing students before clinical internship, analyze the factors influencing their psychological states before clinical internship, and explore corresponding countermeasures. Method: Self-evaluation scale on anxiety and self-made ques-tionnaires were adopted to make a questionnaire survey on 240 independent college nursing students one month before their in-ternship and the results were analyzed. Results:The positive rate of anxiety of independent college nursing students before their internship is 22.8%, which is higher than that of common college nursing students, and the factors affecting them are:anxiety about making mistakes and accidents, less solid theory knowledge and inexperienced operation skills. Conclusion: Independent college nursing students have anxiety before internship, so colleges should carry out pertinent guidance.%目的：了解独立学院护生实习前的心理状态，分析影响实习前心理状态的因素，探讨相应的对策。方法：采用焦虑自评表与自制问卷对实习前1个月240名独立学院护生进行问卷调查，对结果进行分析。结果：独立学院护生实习前焦虑阳性检出率22.8%，高于普通院校护生。实习前主要担心的因素：担心发生差错事故、担心理论知识不扎实、担心操作技能不熟练。结论：独立院校护生实习前存在着焦虑心理，学校应针对性地进行指导。
