Higher education development has entered a new peri-od, having transformed from expansion in number to improvement in quality. To realize quality construction, all colleges have suc-cessively adopted measures to carry out college teaching reform. Future education has also proposed newer and higher require-ments for college teachers. Therefore, college teachers must im-plement innovation and deep thinking on talent training modes, so as to apply more prominent teaching objectives, more flexible teaching methods and more novel teaching contents to their teaching.%高等教育发展已进入一个新的阶段，从数量的扩张转变为质量的提升，为实现内涵式建设，每个高等院校陆续采取措施进行高校教学改革。未来的教育对高校教师也提出了新的要求。因此，高校教师在人才培养模式上必须进行创新和深度思考，把更显著的教学目的、更灵活的教学方式方法和更新颖的教学内容应用于自己的教学过程。
