基于微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式在服务礼仪教学中的实践研究---以“蹲姿礼仪”课堂教学为例

         

摘要

With the popularization of micro-class teaching in sec-ondary vocational schools, "flipped classroom" teaching model has entered the classroom teaching of secondary vocational tourism major. By constructing the "flipped classroom" teaching model based on micro-class, this paper implements teaching de-sign and practice with"squatting position etiquette"as an exam-ple, analyzes the applicability of micro-class in serving service etiquette course, evaluates the design of practice process, and re-searches the feedback of practice results, in order to achieve ef-fective teaching objectives.%随着中职微课教学掀起热潮,“翻转课堂”教学模式走进了中职旅游专业课教学的课堂。本文通过构建基于微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式,以“蹲姿礼仪”为例进行教学设计与实践,对微课应用于服务礼仪课程的适用性进行分析,对实践过程的设计进行评价,对实践效果进行反馈研究,以期达到有效教学的目的。
