Skills training is the soul of vocational education and skills competition is the review ground of vocational education. To win a professional competition is an important goal of professional construction and development in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the practical situation of foreign trade skills com-petitions, this paper puts forward the basic premise, important guarantee and powerful weapon of winning a skills competition, namely, creating a "post-course-certification" integrated teach-ing mode, building a multi-level and multi-angle competition preparation mechanism, and paying attention to the cultivation of students' ability of reflection.%技能培养是职业教育的灵魂，技能竞赛是职业教育的检阅场。赢取职业大赛胜利，是高职院校专业建设与发展的重要目标。文章结合外贸类技能比赛实际，提出赢得技能竞赛的基本前提，重要保障及有力武器，即创建“岗课证赛一体化”培养模式，构建多层次多角度备赛机制，注重学生反思能力的培育。
