本文通过创意产业发达地区高校人才培养模式的比较研究，结合宁波创意产业企业对工业设计人才要求的调查研究，提出结合地方产业特色、调整专业方向，整合校企资源、优化师资结构，校内跨专业合作、形成优势互补，加强实践能力培养和地域文化学习，培养地方特色创新型应用人才。%By comparing and studying the college talent training models in the areas with developed creative industries, combining with the investigation and study on the requirements of Ningbo creative industry enterprises for industrial design talents, this pa-per puts forward some countermeasures, including giving consid-eration to local industry characteristics and adjusting the profes-sional direction, integrating college-enterprise resources and op-timizing the structure of teaching staff, forming complementary advantages through interdisciplinary cooperation within the col-lege, strengthening practice ability cultivation and regional cul-ture study, and training innovative and applied talents with local features.
