21世纪是人才竞争的时代,而创新型与实践型人才更是全世界的稀缺资源.作为为国家传送人才的高等学校,如何培养创新型与实践型人才是当前高等学校教育面临的重大课题.湖北民族学院加大教育经费投入、加强教师队伍建设,以加快鄂西少数民族地区基础教育又好又快地发展.在不断摸索过程中,湖北民族学院2012级数学实验班已经初步实行实验班单独教学制度并取得一些初步成效.本文主要针对湖北民族学院2012级数学实验班教学管理进行探讨.%Twenty-first Century is the era of talent competition, while innovative and practical talents are more precious. For in-stitutions of higher learning which transport talents to our country, how to cultivate innovative and practical talents is a major issue facing in higher education. In recent years, Hubei University for Nationalities increases investment in education fund, strengthens the construction of teachers' team to promote the development of the fundamental education, which promote the development of minority ethnic areas in western Hubei Province. In the process of continuous exploration, Grade 2012 experimental class of mathematics in Hubei University for Nationalities has imple-mented the teaching system separately and has achieved some results. This paper mainly discussed the teaching management of Grade 2012 experimental class of mathematics in Hubei Univer-sity for Nationalities.
