卓越计划是我国教育部实施的一项针对本科生的专门人才培养计划.为了贯彻该计划的实施,提出了将学生的课程教学与科研训练打通,形成联动机制.通过一系列具体可行的方案,优化课程教学内容和教学方法,以项目驱动的形式开展科研讨论和学科竞赛观摩,让学生的实际能力得到了提高.此外,以联动机制的创建为推手,使教学的重心和意义得到了进一步的加强,学生的创新意识和创新能力得到了进一步提高.%Outstanding Engineers Program, carried out by Chi-nese Ministry of Education, is a special talent training project for undergraduates. To promote this project, this paper proposes a strategy to combine the activities of teaching and research train-ing for students, thereby forming an associated mechanism. A se-ries of specific and feasible schemes are used to optimize the course contents and teaching methods. Research discussion and competition demonstration are promoted to improve students' ac-tual capacity by the form of project-driven. Besides, the associat-ed mechanism further strengthens the course contents and their significance, and also improves students' innovation awareness and capacity.
