Private universities are an important part of China's higher education, and the tuition fees paid by students, as the main funding sources of private university development and con-struction, are the necessary condition supporting private univer-sity development and survival. In order to solve the problem of students' arrears of tuition fees, this paper analyzed the causes, and proposed countermeasures.%民办高校是我国高等教育事业的极为重要组成部分，学生所缴纳的学费是学校发展和建设经费的主要来源，学生所缴纳的学费是支持学校发展以及赖以生存的必备条件。本文针对如何解决学生欠缴学费的问题，进行原因分析，并且提出了解决问题的对策。
