体制改革后时代的国企核心竞争力的打造

         

摘要

核心竞争力是企业永葆生机的立足之本,在体制改革的时代背景下,如何发掘、重塑并为国有企业量身打造符合自身发展规律要求的核心竞争力从一定程度上决定了企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。总的来说,国有企业应合理配置国有资本,着重提高服务能力,使其职能与市场接轨,尤其是在公共产品和公共服务方面,构建独特的企业文化,打造个性化的强势品牌。本文以国有企业在塑造自我核心竞争力的途径为切入点,旨在为国有企业核心竞争力的打造提供一定的借鉴与启示。%Core competitiveness is the basis for the eternality of an enterprise. In the background of system reform, how to explore, remodel and tailor the core competitiveness meeting the practical development rules of state-owned enterprises determines whether they can be invincible in the fierce market competition to some extent. Generally speaking, state-owned enterprises should ratio-nally allocate state-owned capitals and focus on improving ser-vice abilities, in order to connect their functions with the market, especially in terms of public goods and services,build a unique corporate culture and create a personalized strong brand. With the ways of state-owned enterprises in shaping core competitive-ness as the starting point, this paper aims to provide certain ref-erences and inspirations for the establishment of the core com-petitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
