Through analyzing and researching the problems exist-ing in the past education modes of "Mold Manufacturing Tech-nology", combined with the writer's experience of teaching reform in recent years, this paper proposed a set of highly feasible pro-ject-oriented teaching mode which fully embodies the character-istics of "students' practice as the main content and teachers' teaching as the supplement", hoping to improve students' learn-ing initiative and add weight to their successful employment after graduation.%本文通过分析研究以往“模具制造技术”教育模式存在的问题，结合笔者近年来本课程教学改革的经验，提出了一套操作性强的，充分体现出以“学生实践为主、教师教学为辅”为特点的项目导向式教学模式，以期提高学生的学习能动性，为学生未来顺利就业增加砝码。
