This paper explores the reform and construction of col-lege English teaching model for seafaring majors based on digital data, and analyzes the methods used to construct effective college English teaching model in terms of teaching method experiment, and comparison of learning performances to stimulate students' initiative and creativity in language learning, in hope of an effi-cient English teaching and learning effect.%本文探讨数字平台下航海类大学英语教学模式的变革与构建。通过教学方法试点、学习绩效比较等方法分析如何构建有效的航海类大学英语教学模式，提高学生英语学习的积极性和主动性，达到良好的英语教学效果。
