Higher vocational legal education is not just the pursuit of cultivating values in traditional moral education, but also has the effect of shaping the goal of modern higher vocational educa-tion, namely, "comprehensive professional capacity". Starting from the current problems existing in the legal education of high-er vocational colleges, this paper made a careful analysis on the root causes of weak legal education, and based on referring to other counterparts and experts' experience on higher vocational education, found the solutions to enhance the le gal education of higher vocational college students, hoping to provide help for the future legal education.%高职法制教育不仅仅是追求传统德育上培育价值观念的作用，还应该起到塑造现代高职教育目标的“综合职业能力”的效果。本文主要针对目前高职院校在法制教育中存在的问题，认真分析存在法制教育淡薄问题的根源，在借鉴目前其他同行、专家关于高职教育的经验的基础上为增强高职院校的学生法制教育工作找到解决途径，以期为今后的法制教育工作提供帮助。
