In recent years, many villages and towns have opened the English course, but due to various reasons, the current quality and effect of English teaching in rural primary schools are still not optimistic. Based on this, this paper explored the current situation of the present English teaching in primary schools, and proposed corresponding countermeasures.%近年来，各乡镇小学也逐步开设了英语课，然而由于各种原因，当前农村小学英语教学仍旧达不到理想的质量以及效果。基于此，本文探讨了当前农村小学英语教学的现状，并提出了相应的对策。
