The quality and safety of agricultural products is a hot and difficult problem in today's society. Basic Level is an impor-tant field of the construction of agricultural product quality safety, however, the construction of current quality inspection system is relatively lag-behind and difficult to meet the needs of its agri-cultural products detection. This paper expounds the importance of improving the basic Level of agricultural products quality in-spection system, points out its existing problems, and puts for-ward the corresponding countermeasures.%农产品质量安全问题是当今社会的热点和难点问题。基层是构筑农产品质量安全防线的重要阵地，然而当前的质检体系建设相对滞后，难以满足其农产品检测的需要。本文阐述了建设和完善基层农产品质检体系的重要性，指出其存在问题，针对问题提出相应对策。
