Marxism is a scientific theory on human liberation, containing the ultimate concern of human. Starting from the theo-ry of the integration of Marx's thoughts of human studies with Chinese excellent traditional culture, this paper attempts to ex-plore the people-oriented service idea and practice principle of Marxists, and further reveal the guiding role and realistic signifi-cance of Marx's thoughts of human studies for ideological and po-litical education in the era of all media.%马克思主义是关于人类解放的科学理论，蕴含着对人的终极关怀。本文拟从马克思主义人学思想与中华优秀传统文化相容性的理论出发，探讨中国马克思主义者“以人为本”的服务理念和实践原则，进一步揭示全媒体时代下马克思主义人学思想对思想政治教育的指导作用和现实意义。
