The Party and the country attach great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship, and are clear about the request to strengthen vocational guidance and employment ser-vices.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching method and SIYB teaching method for"Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance", and thinks the introduction of SIYB teaching method into the classroom teaching of"Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance".%党和国家对就业与创业高度重视，明确要求加强高职院校职业指导和就业服务。本文分析了“就业与创业指导”传统教学法和SIYB 教学方法的利弊，并思考将SIYB的教学方法引入“就业与创业指导”课堂教学。
