教师是高校的主体，教师科研能力的提高对于增强高校整体科研实力，具有十分重要的作用。新建应用型本科院校由于科研基础薄弱，如何提升教师科研能力是一项重要的课题。本文提出以研究生培养为契机，以提高研究生培养质量为目标，以教师科研团队建设为渠道，达到提升教师科研能力的目的。文中分析了科研团队形成的基础与条件，科研团队带头人的选择，学校、院系两级机构在科研团队建设中的作用等问题。%Teachers are the main part of a university, so teachers' scientific research ability improvement is of great significance for strengthening the overall scientific research power of the univer-sity. For newly-established applied undergraduate universities with poor foundations of scientific research, how to improve teachers' scientific research ability is an important topic. With postgraduate cultivation as the opportunity, the improvement of postgraduate cultivation quality as the target, and the construction of teachers' scientific research group as the channel, this paper aims to improve teachers' scientific research ability. This paper analyzes the basis and conditions of forming a scientific research group, the selection of leaders for a scientific research group,and the roles of the university and college in the construction of a sci-entific research group.
